Message me about this wonderfully spiritual weekend hosted by our friend Valerie Kay. I will be joining the Soul Friends group and providing healings. The retreat is located in Janesville, MN. This weekend is full of friendships and support for anyone who wants to do some soul work, or just get away for a few nights.
I am very excited to be working with the Metamorphosis Center in Burnsville for their first drumming circle. With the open warehouse space, it promises be a very acoustically powerful evening.
I will take you through a guided meditation, or “journey”, into the time and space that that is called "non-ordinary reality", or a universe parallel to our own where we will meet the spirit helpers we know as your “power animal”. We will end the experience with a group drumming in celebration of the spirits we have met in our journeys. Please bring a drum if you have one, and a blanket if you want to get comforatble. Beginners are welcome!
